The Cold Brew Process

Our brew has been formulated for richness, body, flavour and consistency. Come have coffee your favourite way; flat white, latte, cappuccino or, our favourite, long black.

Nitro Coffee is a special process introducing Nitrous Oxide N2O (the same gas used for whipping cream) into our smooth cold brew making it even sweeter and creamier.

Nitro Coffee is always served cold.

Caffeine Boost

Because of the long steeping process, cold brew’s water-to-coffee ratio is about 1:60. This compares with the usual drip coffee ratio of around 1:20. The addition of water, milk or cream changes the caffeine strength ratio.

Digestion

All coffee brewing methods that require heat can create a bitter flavor and high acid content in the finished brew. Cold brewing does not use heat to extract coffee's goodness, so the flavor is smoother and the coffee is far less acidic. Those with sensitive stomachs or suffer from acid reflux can often tolerate cold brew coffee with more ease.

Weight-loss

Due to its high caffeine content, cold brew coffee can help you to lose and control weight. Drinking a cup of cold brew or Nitro Coffee before and after a workout can increase your work out time and the after-burn effect.
The after-burn effect is the term used to describe the body’s ability to continue burning calories after exercise.
